SCAMERA CAMPAIGN

— Scams & Identity Theft Campaign Design

CAMPAIGN STRATEGY / LOGO DESIGN / WEB & APP DESIGN

Developed as a final-year project for the Communication Design Strategy unit, this assignment aimed to raise awareness and inform the Australian public about identity theft and the surge of scam messaging after the pandemic. The goal of the campaign was to enable people to recognize scams quicker in a technologically advanced era and allow site and app users to easily report scams.

This project sought to introduce a strategic marketing campaign associated with the government (Scamwatch) called ‘Scamera’. For the campaign to spread rapid awareness, applying an effective design strategy was important (relevance of logo, tagline, hashtag, social media marketing, merchandise, posters/signage, etc.)
