This tourism guide project involved designing a custom-printed booklet and interactive web pages to entice readers to explore the top bread bakeries and patisseries in Melbourne’s CBD. Titled "Get That Bread", the project incorporates Gen Z humor and language to resonate with its target audience of 18 to 25-year-olds, making the guide both engaging and relatable. The design features a combination of self-taken photography and hand-drawn graphic elements to reflect the artisan craftsmanship of bread-making. Using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator, a custom A5-sized booklet was created for print, ensuring a compact, easy-to-carry format for convenient reading on the go. Additionally, an interactive website mockup for both desktop and mobile was designed using Adobe XD. The website incorporates consistent branding through typography and color choices, a playful landing page, and animated transitions between pages to enhance the user experience. By blending print and digital media, this project offers a modern and immersive way for young travelers to discover Melbourne’s best bakeries and patisseries.
