I had the opportunity to work closely with Joyous Living Holistic Therapy, an alternative therapy business that offers services such as Reiki, spiritual healing, and aromatherapy. The client was concerned with low engagement on social media and wanted to grow her business online and establish a better relationship with her customers. The client wanted their brand to be perceived as authentic and friendly.
As a social media manager and graphic designer, my role involved developing promotional materials for Instagram and Facebook. It was crucial to implement a social media campaign with relevant and effective strategies to help attract both physical and virtual clients. 
My team and I's initial approach included keyword research (to optimize content visibility), competitor analysis (to identify strengths and opportunities), Industry trend research (to ensure relevance), and a structured content schedule (to maintain consistency online). 
By combining thoughtful branding identity and industry insights, I worked to enhance the client's online presence and engagement, ultimately supporting the growth of the business and its mission to help others.
The key business objectives (KBOs) identified, in order of priority, were: 
Increase online engagement – Boost post views, clicks, and key metrics such as likes, comments, and followers.
Improve brand perception – Enhance the overall look and feel of the brand identity, including the logo.
Increase customer loyalty – Implement an email newsletter (via MailChimp) for customers who sign up, offering special promotions and exclusive content.
These objectives served as the foundation for the digital marketing campaign, providing clear goals and direction to align with the client’s vision for growth and improvement.
At the conclusion of the campaign, the data showed significant improvements: Facebook Reach increased by 355.6%, while Profile Visits rose by 304.2%. On Instagram, Profile Visits grew by 12%, and Accounts Reached saw an increase of 133.3%. These results demonstrated the effectiveness of the campaign in expanding the client's online presence and engagement.
